Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the basic refund principles for Ancient Knowledge Institute memberships, course access and digital book purchases.
Digital Products
Digital books, downloadable materials and immediately accessible digital resources may be non-refundable once access has been granted or files have been downloaded, unless required by applicable law.
Membership Payments
Monthly membership payments provide access to protected educational content during the active billing period. If a member cancels, access may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
Course Access
Course purchases and course-linked digital book packages may be reviewed for refund eligibility if the request is made before substantial course access, downloads or certificate activity.
Duplicate Payments
If a clear duplicate payment occurs, the user should contact the Institute so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.
Failed Access
If a user pays but cannot access the purchased content due to a technical issue, the Institute will first attempt to restore access. If access cannot be restored, a refund or account credit may be considered.
No Refund for Misuse
Refunds may be denied when access is suspended due to account sharing, misuse, fraud, violation of terms or unauthorized distribution of digital materials.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be sent to info@ancientknowledge.net with the user name, email address, order number, payment date and reason for the request.
